2009 Ya Shi

Ya Shi has a not so pretty name, Duck Waste Aroma.  However the aroma is nothing like its name.  It's one of the most beautiful aroma of Dan Congs.  Delicate yet mesmerizing, reminds me of cattleya orchid fragrance.  Smooth and sweet.  This is a mother tree of dark leaf varietal.  Very nice!  So far it's one of the favorites at our Sunday tea tasting.
