2008 Wu Dong Huang Zhi Xiang - Orange Flower Fragrance

Starting at: $25.00

Wu Dong Mountain produces the best Dan Cong teas in Chao Zhou county, due to its climate and soil composition. Huang Zhi Xiang in literal translation is Yellow Branch Fragrance. What is Yellow Branch? Some say Orange Blossom, some say Gardenia. Some things do get lost in translation. Well, no matter what, it has a nice aroma. There are over 40 Huang Zhi Xiangs in the area.

This Huang Zhi Xiang's care taker is named Mr. Jiang (River). He is also the producer of this tea. A broad white leaf varietal, with a citrusy floral fragrance, the flavor is also a bit citrusy sweet honey taste. A strong in caffeine tea makes it a wonderful good morning tea that keeps your morning going well into early afternoon.
