1998 Hai Mei Zhan

Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong. This tea is unique with a looking similar to Wuyi Oolong tea. The initial flavor is also similar to Wuyi Oolong tea. The typical Dan Cong characteristics came out in later infusions. Plum wine comes to mind while sipping this tea. Very nice flavor and long lasting.
