Shipping Information

Please refer to USPS shipping estimator for shipping rates and delivery time at check out.  We ship nationally via USPS priority with tracking information. International orders can be shipped first class to save on shipping cost without tracking with the exception for France. Please email tea@teahabitat.com for first class rates prior to ordering online, because shipping estimator does not provide first class rates. You can also check the www.USPS.com website for shipping rates. 

Shipping to France

Due to a large number of mail packages shipped to France had been lost in the past, we now only ship to France via international priority mail with tracking numbers. We regret passing on extra cost to French customers.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with our products is important to us at Tea Habitat. Please email us at tea@teahabitat.com or call 310-921-5282 within 14 days in case of questions, errors, damages, refunds and exchanges. Exchange items will be shipped, refund will be issued once items are returned to Tea Habitat. Shipping cost is not refundable, extra shipping will be charged for exchanges, buyer is also responsible for return shipping cost. 

Return Instructions — Refunds and Exchanges:

1. Tea items can be returned in original shape and packages. 
2. Please include insurance when returning tea ware items, since these items are fragile and can be damaged easily. We do not accept broken items without insurance.  
3. Use original carton and packaging materials, if possible. Be certain that products are protected.
